2014 Peugeot 308 come and appear as the new sedan model from Peugeot. Based on the PSA-developed EMP2 platform, the new 308 is 4.25 meters long and 1.46 meters tall, making it slightly shorter and lower compared to its predecessor. It comes with a significantly sharper front-end design which was possible thanks to lower engine mounting positions, while on the inside there’s more room available than before and 470 liters of cargo.
For the power engine 2014 Peugeot 308 Engines will be shared with the 208 and 2008 crossover, albeit with a slight retune for improved economy figures. The petrol engine is a 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder, while there’ll also be two four-pot diesels. An eco-minded e-HDi model will join the range later, boasting an 85g/km CO2 output. The New Peugeot 308 is the latest evidence of the brand’s move up-market. It’s an initiative started several years ago and seen most recently with the 208 and 2008. The initial design brief of the New 308 had the highest levels of quality at its core. This ambition has guided the designers and engineers from the very start of the project.
